Sleep at Midnight

The sleep you get is going to be of a different quality when it's before a certain time of night. I want to come back to the circadian rhythm piece. People might have odd hours for their job where they work, say, 11 in the morning till, you know, seven at night and they miss out on this special period that they can get a certain quality of sleep. So if we were to take the individual that was living on a desert island with no electricity, they would start to feel like they would fall asleep shortly after the sun would go down.
