How to Achieve a Scrum Project
I think being a student made the whole project more intimidating because it did sort of feel like in the beginning, how could I possibly accomplish this? And what got me through it was that there were small manageable tasks and I just took them one at a time. We break down all of these major challenges into tiny little bits, these teensy tiny pieces that are really very manageable. Then you do some googling and you make some phone calls and you figure out how to accomplish what that one specific task is and then you rinse and repeat.
