The Impact of the Real Estate Bubble on the Chinese Economy
Some local governments are being pretty active about getting developers to finish half-done projects where many people have already paid for the apartments. So they seem to be pretty interventionist to get those things completed. I'm not sure they're going to be so interventionist going forward. There's some solutions to the local government finance issue other than going back to the days of real estate bubble.
