The Importance of Investing in Marijuana

IIPR was criticized for being a marijuana lending bank because they essentially loaned money out to their tenants. I mean, they've had tenant issues, but they should be able to rent those spaces out again. They are a little bit risky in that regard because to get some of those tenants on board, from what I understand, they overpaid for some of the facilities and they're rolled into the tenants.
