The Power of Breathing
Breathing is the biggest teacher for me because, and again, you can't go into the cold if you're not breathing properly. So when moving back to the breath, it's taught me how strong my body really is. More importantly, it helps me become present. I think people get a bit sort of tied up on that. It brings me into the present moment. And I don't get so much fear anymore with going into the cold. But in the beginning, when I was feeling the fear, it was very good for me managing throughout my day. If I was feeling but anxious about something, just going, no, no,No, remember what you did this morning
