The Death of Stanley Meyer

Stanley Meyer, the guy who built the water fuel car died under mysterious circumstances recently. The official claims that he died from a cerebral aneurysm but I don't know if that's true. If anyone in the chat knows more about the water car please like if there's any value to that because once you get the chain reaction wouldn't that that hydrogen heat give you enough electricity to continue the reaction?
