Is There a Link Between Footwear and Injuries?

There's no strong evidence that if a footwear type is prescribed to specific renner, it will improve or reduce risks of injuries. The most well accepted idea with footwear is using a number of different types of footwear in training. But we just have to be careful with biny mash and injuries and how it's perceived andn how we talk about it.
