I think Dan Lyons paints a pretty pessimistic vision of work, doesn't he? He sort of paints a dystopian view of the world. Most people's jobs now is a lot of email and managing stress to some extent. I like modern family on Telly but find it difficult to watch TV without a phone. So if I don't have, I find it hard to concentrate on things. That's why I do knitting.
