The Problem With High Fructose Corn Syrup
I get really affected by corn in a way that I think is even worse than other grains for me personally. It's not just gluten, it's about how the food's grown, where the food comes from and what else is being added to the food. And unfortunately, grain is the title of the book because grain is one of those foods in our country that has the most crap in it. If people can just become aware of it, they can empower themselves to make dramatic health improvements through diet change alone.
