Lucas: I was going for a period where last year when my dad passed away from cancer and my ice bath in the morning that was even though it was a crappy little joby thing. It served me a massive purpose at the time. And as you already said like there's affordable and there's everyone's got different things that they can afford. So we call it an ego and there's a difference between this and a 50 quid job even like that. But you've got to start somewhere.
