ETF Rebalancing: How to Maximize What You Have

I would not be opposed to a company that came out and said, this is for lack of a better term or buyback yield. But buybacks is just so pro cyclical. Usually most companies are pretty bad at hugging you at. So it's probably better off returning it to the shareholders most of the time.
