The Paradox of Maintenance

One of the key arguments of the innovation delusion is that maintenance, which is not valued the way innovation is, is paradoxically, simultaneously essential and also neglected. Given the huge role of maintenance in allowing things to take over, why is it so neglected? Yeah, it's tough. I mean, we actually did a blog post on this after the book was written or done, I think.
