Notes Has Tagging, but Not All of Them
notes does have tagging in a tag browser. However, doesn't have the ability to filter on any data other than the tags. So they have smart, what are called smart folders and notes. And again, that just that lets you set up a folder based on whatever series of tags you want to use. But you don't have date or time or, i don't know what else you might want in Notes.
