The Interaction Between State and Government

The idea that there will be this sort of static, self contained state is not possible. The interaction between states has a large effect on how the states themselves govern themselves. As we continue to do things that impact the environment our own immediate surroundings and so forth, communism is inevitable. We are certainly going to come head to head with them.
