Anti Fragility

In his new book, "Write writ," author Mike Downey explains the difference between fragile and robust. Fragile is where something in the environment changes and the whole system could come crashing down. Robust would be when you have an assembly line of sorts with tolerances that can overcome problems on the fly. In both cases, a person's body over compensates for stress by getting stronger or better as a result.
