The Differences Between Wide and Narrow Squat Depths

Justin Moore and Mike Camparini who are on the podcast were talking about how Justin had a lot of injury issues. And so they were trying to get him down deeper. I mean, again, he's probably a little bit more wide to narrow top too. Like what's different with him who needs to get down deeper in a squat versus like you're seeing a volleyball player who might have the wider hips and narrower shoulders and things like that. The issue is the turnaround on the bottom to get back up to the top. But my thought is if we're looking at ideal squat depths for athletes on some level, it could be as low as 2-3 inches.
