The Importance of Vision in Music

I've found like even though I've only released my first single in October and I am a very very very small artist compared to a lot of people in the music scene right now, there has been times where I've had to like split with people because our visions just don't align. You never know what their vision is compared to you. Well that's it. What sparks the vision?
