I think one of them is to really look at what are the rhythms of connection that you do want. Do we want an annual retreat where we fly everybody in and we spend three or four days together? And that kind of levels things out. I also think we need to adjust our expectations as leaders. We tend to be run by leaders who are used to a platform and an audience. A lot of our leadership bias tends to be around giving ourselves that space, because we're used to it.
