It's an interesting time for the Lord of the Rings games in general. The Swedish gaming conglomerate Embracer group bought the license last August. There are new movies coming from a partnership between Embracer and Warner Brothers. Amazon obviously is all in on Lord of the rings, so along with Rings of Power and has some MMO experience.
