John Mc Carthur's Ministry Continues Rit

The house of mac's life and ministry was built on the scriptures. John mc carthur does not think he is omnicompetent. He recognizes that god has uniquely gifted him to preach, just as god has meakly gifted other people to serve the church in crucial ways. So he trusts god by entrusting the work of the ministry to the people of god. And so he equipped the saints and trained the leaders. His style of leadership is basically to trust somebody and leave him alone.
