Is There a One Size Fits All Approach?
There's four different aspects of metabolism we all need to be aware of. Sleep, ing, naps, massage and meditation are the things that relax us. The second m is movement. This means we can't be sitting all day. We need to stand at times. And then a third m is mind set which is around stress reduction. So if it's cool with you what i'd love to do, it's just kind of chunk out each of these categories,. You know, diet, nutrition, exercise, supplement, mind set, and go for what are the you know, cause i know it's not a one size fits all.
