The Challenges of SME's
Financial services isn't just dumb products, it's a system around people. The more intelligent those things can be, the better served those customers are likely to be as well. And I'd actually argue that SMEs were some of the biggest losers when we moved from sort of that in branch analog experience where you had a relationship manager. It's created this sort of service gap between those businesses and their financial services provider. So is there a way to bring this sort of human back in? Combine the human with the technology to actually use technology as an enabler to great service.
