The Best Programme for a 66-Year-Old Person

Someoney, age 66, who has had some prior injuries, including hip replacement as well as typical shoulder, elbow mobility issues connected to weight lifting for the past 50 years. Currently, i trained the dead lift weekly, ten weeks cycles, going light, deloading every third week. Seems to work for me. I competed last november, pulled 500. Ideally, i'd like to surpass 500 this november and avoid overtraining or injuries. Questions regarding weekly lifts.
