Product Managers - Is It Easier to Capture Customer Data?

In a complex environment, data is everywhere. It's really up to the project manager to understand what data they and at times kind of chase the person to get it. We're definitely not at where we want to be from an n but if i were to summarize that one, how do we make the environment such that if our customers, if we're not gettinging that one. And one, attention, we can still get input on their behaviour. How do we start to put this data together so it was easier for product managers?...
