Working With Asmond Gold

i think when i felt like people weren't listening to me, miss r one of the things that made me th most angry. I'm not like the huge hard head when it's my way or the highway. But i definitely do feel like i i work with somebody who will hear both sides. If i feel like i'm heard, i can have the conversation and change my opinion. And then i think where i probly have authority issues, where it's like they don't listen, they don't acknowledge the value of the other opinion.
