We created these learning journeys, small, bit size learning activities. They could be individual contribueto competency, or a leadership competency. We launched this with big fanfare, and we thought it was, we had the holy grailr saved. And that no one got into it. There was not a pull from the organization. The good old excuse, were busy being busy. That to morrow weth a lot of people signing up,. but no one engaged in the activities. If you do it, if you're bususy with everyday task.
