Innovation Accounting - What Are the Leading Indicators?
The metrics that we look at for quarterly or annual performance, i typically think of as lagging indicators when comes to innovation. We need those leading indicators, right? The o, we'll get into that sum in the book. You address thee innovation counting these metrics at several levels. And first one you call the tactical innovation an this is really at the team level, right? Maybe ata prodic team. This is probably where our product man s play most, is at this level. Let's start there and talk through the the metrics.
