Samaritanism and Abortion
She says, while I argue that abortion is not impermissible, I do not argue that it is always permissible. There may well be cases in which carrying the child to term requires only minimally decent Samaritanism for the mother. To me, that means that she would put in the category of minimally decent Samaritans questions of justice and that you could legislate for those.
