How to Structure Your Intros
You need to pick out the one or two most important things yeah and work on that until it becomes really kind of autonomic. Once that change is in place you can move on to the next piece of your stroke that you need to fix. When it comes to structuring the the intros we have alluded to this already but so for example for that 15 times 100 set we have the athlete that is currently swimming at two minutes per 100 and you said that then you would set them a 156 157 target for for this workout and they would go yeahYeah I mean that's pretty sharply defined within us rpt as 20 seconds okay. It wouldn't be hey I'm doing two minutes
