I think I'm care holders and any governance token holders are not sufficiently incentivized to participate let alone form an informed opinion on potentially pretty complex topics which they often have no skin in the game for right like die holders don't get a same governance. The meta-douse structure helps separate those powers and creates another participant class within maker governance, he says.
