Alexander Technique: Get up and take a break every 20 minutes. Interrupt the hour with a short stand up break. Breathe, change your breathing pattern, and then sit thact down again. Your attention span will be improved and your comfort levels will be improved. Easy, remember to interrupt in order to avoid fatigue. Very, very impressive. I tried to follow it and try to apply that. And it's simple. It just get up and take an 15-minute break after you've been singing for 30 minutes. Simple. Non A good one.
