Manny: I get a text from my attorney who it ends my Raleigh attorney, not my DC attorney. He said that he was contacted by one of the agents that interviewed me two years ago and said that they had a service,. A grand jury is not seated for misdemeanor charges, right? Own you for felony charges. The other problem with this subpoena once it was picked up by my attorney yesterday morning is that this particular subpoena is signed by the actual assistant US attorney who was handling my case over 20 months ago.
