Rosenbud and macintyre are studying what happens when you combine intervenus cedamine with internet based cognitive behavior therapy. They're operating on the hypothesis that cedamine will alleviate your depression enough to let you benefit from psychotherapy you'd otherwise feel too crappy to do.
