Blogs Like the Blonde Vegan Are Making Orthorexia Worse

You don't have to be vegan to be healthy but I do see a lot of different blogs and social media accounts that make orthorexia worse with putting such a heavy emphasis on health. Every single day I remind people listen to your own body you can't eat the way that somebody else eats  and think that that's going to have the same effects on you that it does on them. There's a huge difference between wellness and orthorexia and so that's really what I'm trying to convey to people now.
