The Transfiguration
In Matthew 16, verse 28, Jesus says some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom. There are all sorts of interpretations down through church history. The most likely interpretation is that Jesus is referring to the very next story, what scholars call the story of the transfiguration.
