When you see someone else's distorted thoughts, they look ridiculous. But when you're thinking that you don't realize that you're disturbing things. So it was pretty easy for her to identify those distortions just by looking at the little table with the ten distortions. It could also be emotional reasoning. I feel like a burden. They'd be better off without me so they would. In this case, it was mainly internal self-blame.
