When the students got their work back there was a little tally chart on the front and they put how many M's and A's and R's and C's and K's and S's they got. It has worked right across the board from the very lowest attainers right up to people going off to Oxford and Cambridge right from year seven Well how do you know it worked? Because we have used it to improve exam results in so many schools, he says.
