How to Use a Small Bore Ness for Lidocaine Numbing

In most kits find at least one and usually two small bore needles, which are used mainly for the lidocaine. Most of the pain is right at the skin there. If you numb too deep, you're not going to get good analgesia. The way to do this is at an absolutely flat angle, parallel to the skin. You should see a wheel come up like a PPD.
