How to Choose a Rhythm and a Pace of Life

i've redefined an awful lot in my life in the last few years. But you feel, i'm in a missout. It's just this massive phomo thing. And so i work really hard right now to choose a rhythm and a pace of life that allows me to soak up the best of what life has to offer. I think it actually sounds like it all works on the calendar. Like at this point, i almost don't say yes to anything without running my husband,. Not because i need permission from him, but because he lives more slowly and intuitively than ever before.
