What Are Your Rules for Being a Leader?

We're all leading in some capacity. What are your rules for being a leader? I'll say i learned a long time ago the number one thing that's always served me is my personal psychology. If you're asking yourself questions, i gomy goo, i hope this meeting goes well, or making any statement like that, you're already putting yourself in a position where you're not leading. Whoever has the most energy is going to influence the situation. Those are just a few of my rules. The bottom line is this, youre leading, i'm leading.
