Is Private Equity a Good Asset Class?
Private equit, i know some of us have concerns with how illiquid it can be. I cannot get it back until x wis ad home, sells the houses in, and then i get my return. The part that gives me comfort about those types of investments is that they typically purchase the land,. Unless there's some major macor economic change that i think would wipe out a lot of people... It's unlikely the value of that land, especially the gt, is going to be less what they bought it for.
