I'm curious what problems do you see with, let's say you own, like me, we'll use my exact situation. So I own four or five, six of these single family houses in Texas. But basically I self-manage. And anytime there's a problem, like let's just say there's a plumbing issue. I call the local plumber. He would go check it out and they'd take care of the problem. And that's how we've done it with everything, electricians, handyman, et cetera. The chances are in almost every month your dice rolls going to come up fine and you're not going to have these problems.
