How to Be a Better Communicator

I try to spend honestly at least an hour or sometimes more the day that I'm going to teach in addition to my normal devotional time. Some people are like Shane and they just write Jesus on a piece of paper. And then there's some that honestly preach without notes. So I feel like it can be every range in between, no notes to full manuscript. You got to do what's most comfortable for you.
