Is Wisdom Measured?

I think intelligence is specific, right? It is like you can put together good sentences. Wisdom is having the sense of knowing which one are desirable outcomes and which one not so much for a greater perspective. How you can create them situations around you where you get a happy life but not in the place of 'fucking over everyone else' To me, that's wisdom, right? Yeah, I love it.
