Mohaka Style Food - Garnachas

Garnachas are from the ismest region in mohaka which is a bit different it's between the wahaka valley and jiapa state. The food is also different but you can find a lot of isma-style food here and people love it. Barbecued go or lamb is most famous in the nearby town of flakalula that i mentioned, usually roasted in agave leaves in a pit in the ground for hours many hours slow roasted.
