The Importance of a Patriarchal Blessing
I am so amazed at the clarity my patriarchal blessing has brought to me, as far as finding my temple and finding my walls. What family tree am i a part of? What is my tribal inheritance? And a patriarch withr and thumb of sorts, that gift of discernment that comes with his holy office, he can help us know. There are people who have left the church that have created web site so that ex laterday saints can compare their patriarchal blessings. That's not on the patriarch. That's on us as recipients of the blessing. Are we seeking the same confirming and clarifying spirit?
