The 29th Infantry Division - The Blue and the Grey?
The 29th Infantry Division was activated on the 20th of August, 1917. Is that the blue and the grey? Yes. And there was a debate recently about whether or not they would change the symbol for the division because technically it is connected to the Confederacy. The fourth division got off lightly on D-Day, but pretty much 100% casualties and rifle companies have been two weeks. Then of course we've got Rosie the Riveter. Quite right too.
