I'd love it to go to somebody that's going to stay on the hill at very, you know, potentially doing a GGR because it's geared for it. But I haven't gotten any real bites. So, yeah, but yeah, so I'm looking to move West to California with my partner. She yeah, I can be gone to school there. We're gonna give that a go. And then maybe like look into some land or something out on the East Coast to chip away at in the summers and stuff and cool,. kind of established some roots or something out East as well.
