The vision was in the 20th century that we would reach a point where fewer and fewer people needed to work. And so I think one of the people are coming to the realization that, hey, this kind of sucks. The fact that we have to work this much so we need to reduce the amount of time we work. So it's a quantitative and qualitative shift.
