The Great Pyramid of Kaffra

The pyramid of Mankowri is about half the height of the two larger pyramids. distinguishable by a deep gouge visible on one side caused by a foul attempt by the Ayubids to dismantle the pyramid during the 12th century CE. The other great monument possibly commissioned by the Pharaoh Kaffra was the great Sphinx of Giza. Was it even built in his lifetime? What we do know is that it is carved out of the limestone bedrock and represents the most astonishing ancient sculpture.
